The villa is located in the district of Valescure “Quartier des Golfs”. Quiet and green area with a succession of elegant villas and unspoiled estates. You can discover two 18-hole courses, one of which is 100 years old and a 9-hole initiation course for young practitioners.

🌴 The rental is from Saturday to Saturday during the holiday periods. Out of season, it is possible to rent it for a shorter period. No pets (possibility of accepting small dogs depending on the period), non-smoker, no parties or events. The swimming pool is heated from April 1st to November 7st.
🖥️ On request, one of the downstairs bedrooms can be transformed into an independent office to receive clients or for teleworking. Furniture, a 27-inch screen and a scanner printer are provided.
