Quiet and peaceful, enjoy the sun of the French Riviera, stretched out comfortably in deckchairs and swim in a large heated swimming pool. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom of 17m2 with a 160x200cm bed, 1 bedroom of 14m2 with 2 beds of 90x190cm, a double living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking the swimming pool. A large bathroom and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.
On the first floor with a open views, a 10m2 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a second 10m2 bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
In each bedroom, large built-in cupboards. You will also have a double garage with electric opening doors and 4 parking spaces. Automatic gate, roller shutters.

The villa has fiber and is located in a private domain. You will have walking access to a charming shopping center with a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, etc … 5 minutes by car, there is a Leclerc hypermarket.
The villa is located in the district of Valescure “Quartier des Golfs”. Quiet and green area with a succession of elegant villas and unspoiled estates. You can discover two 18-hole courses, one of which is 100 years old and a 9-hole initiation course for young practitioners.

🖥️ On request, one of the downstairs bedrooms can be transformed into an independent office to receive clients or for teleworking. Furniture, a 27-inch screen and a scanner printer are provided.

We had a great stay
The villa is spacious, well equipped and clean. The swimming pool and pool table was loved by our children. You can get to lots of nice places within an hour from here.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Giovanna with our two children. The house was amazing, well equipped, comfortable beds, lovely heated pool and a private gated entrance. It felt like a home away from home. Our children loved the swimming pool and pool table!
The local bakery is within walking distance with delicious croissants and fresh products. We visited Cannes and Port Grimaud which were both around an hour away and well worth the drive.
We highly recommend Jean-Christophe’s villa and would happily stay again!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children so the house was perfect for our needs – a fantastic swimming pool, plenty of space inside, a pool table and comfortable beds meant everyone was very happy. The villa is a short drive to some beautiful beaches and there is so much to see and do around Saint Raphael that we could easily have stayed for longer. The host and check in person were so friendly and helpful – thank you.

Lovely property. The villa was perfect to spend quality time with my family. Good sized pool and plenty of areas to relax or play. Highly recommended, didn’t want to go home. There was a bus stop at the entrance to the estate but they don’t run frequently so I would get a car next time.
